Returns accepted only on unopened, unused items. Sender pays return postage and must include a note specifying whether you want an exchange or a refund. Refunds issued after product has been received by us. PLEASE contact us if you are unhappy with your soap - we want this to be a good experience on both sides!
LIMITED QUANTITIES - our soap is made in small batches; very often, only 2 or 3 of a design is available. If you are wanting to order a lot of a certain kind or design, please email us for availability.
All our soap is handmade, so please expect some variation in color and wrapping from the photos shown. You will probably find some flaws in the surface of your soap as this is handcrafted. But that's why you're interested, isn't it?
No animal testing (well, maybe a bath with a shampoo bar...)
WE DO NOT USE PEANUT OIL; however, customers may have allergies to other ingredients in our products. Full ingredient lists accompany the description for each product, customers are responsible for checking those lists with awareness of their own sensitivities.
All soap on this site, regardless of ingredients, is for EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
We ship through the US Postal Service, and we are not liable for delays or destruction of packages after we hand them off to the USPS. Generally they do a great job; when something untoward happens, please let us know and we'll work from our end to help.
